RB-Dfr-704 PH Sensor details

Hello,
I have the RB-Dfr-704 ph sensors for monitoring incoming water ph, but the instructions don’t list the required voltage of the unit or the returning signal type (0-5v, 0-10v, ohms?) just curious if this could be clarified so i can incorporate it into my house controller.
