Rate setting on the ssc-32 config screen

can anyone tell us what the rate setting on the ssc-32 config screen is for? we are trying to program different moves and the arm rotation works when we program it but when we are in a play-back mode it is very erratic, some time it plays. sometimes it doesn’t and sometines it seems to play out-of-turn.
any help would be useful

thanks,
finals are on wed.

Yes, i discovered this bug a week ago,
it’s a problem in the RIOS communication system with a certain kind of serial port which result in a shake in the Base of the Arm.

The good new is : it’s corrected now ! the V1.03 free update of RIOS will be online tomorrow or wednesday.

i’m sorry about this  , it seems it happen only on some PC Com ports and not if you use an USB to Serial cable.

the new update will contain the new program exe and a modified help.pdf file

there an interresting new feature in this version which allow to set the servo’min and max (in the SSC-32 module form) with a right click !

sorry again, let me know if it will correct the problem…thanks
