I was wondering if the Rasperry Pi 4 is compatible with the Raspberry Pi Elecrow Starter Kit, or if I need to get a Raspberry 3 ?

According to the manufacturer, the kit is only compatible with Raspberry Pi 2/3 A, B, A+, B+. However, the only component that is not compatible with the RPi 4 is the display.
If you’re mostly interested in the display then you could either get that kit and a RPi 3 or look for a different kit/display that works with the RPi 4.
