Hi! What is the max range of detection of this type of camera?

The maximum distance is around 3m, but the horizontal detecting angle is 33 degrees and the vertical angle is 23 degrees, so the accuracy is reduced the farther away you are.

Is this 33 and 23 degrees the "full width and height or is that from the center line? Making the true range 66 and 46 degrees?
