I am using 3242G024-BX4 BLDC Motor with 38/1S 246:1 gear head & AES-4096 encoder.
Motion Controller is MCBL3006 S AES CO.
All above products are from FAULHABER.
I am using this for To and Fro motion (i.e. forward and backward motion) for a given no. of turns (let say 100 turns).
sometimes, before completing its required no. of turns, the motor get stopped at any end.
We are continuously monitoring the current/torque trend. At that particular instant when motor stopped, current/torque spike is shown for short time.
How to handle this situation so that we can complete our required no. of turns.
We do not want the motor to stop before completing its given no. of turns.
