I purchased this product a month ago and I still can’t get it to work. I desoldered the entire board using a vacuum pump desoldering station and then resoldered all the contacts again making sure that there are no cold solder joints.
And it is still not working so there must be an electronic components problem or the led’s (which I doubt) I think probably on the arduino board. In any case would I be able to get a replacement cube and I send this one back to where ever it should go??
Thanks!!!

Thanks for your help!! Attached you will find the photos that you asked for and also I rechecked everything again and I don’t see where any corrections need to be made. Thanks!
PS
I tried to send more than one pic but I couldn’t get your site to accept them. Sorry!
I received an email from you guys today saying that Seeedstudio
sent me a message and are waiting for a response from me. That is simply not true I have never received a response from them to this date. I know because I look for one every day. If you could would you please have them resend their claimed response to me and under their name because anything else will get redirected to my junk mail and automatically get erased. Thanks again for your time and help.

Hi…I have this cube and I do believe that it has been assembled correctly, but my problem is that I can’t seem to get the arduino software to open on windows 8.1 I can get the arduino icon onto the desktop and when I double click on it the icon opens and says it is starting and then it disapears from the screen and never starts up. Do you have a fix for this please.
Thanks!
Hi,
Could you please try to download the last Arduino IDE here : arduino.cc/download_handler.php
Please take a look at this link : openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/3727

sorry but I have done everything according to all the instructions and the Arduino window still just pops up and the after about 2 minutes it dissapears… And this is with and without the board being connected to the computer. Also there is nothing in the device manager either. This is a brand new desktop computer and there are no viruses affecting it. Do you have an ides of what I can do next?.
