Radius or diameter

Hi,
I would like to know if a wide range value given to a LiDAR Scanner is counted as a radius or a diameter.

Hi,

This one for example:

It says

  • Hokuyo’s URG-04LX-UG01 detectable range is 20mm to 5600mm

does it mean 5.6m radius and 11m diameter or 2.7 radius and 5.6m diameter?

According to specifications, https://www.robotshop.com/media/files/pdf/hokuyo-urg-04lx-ug01-specifications.pdf, I would say that is a 5.6m radius.
