I have an electric adult size Go Kart I would to transform it into a Radio Control.what do I need and how to do it ?
I have a receiver and transmitter for distance.

I suggest that you do not attempt this until you have a clear understanding of electronics.

It can possibly injure or even kill someone if you’re not careful

I have a large farm and I’m working with an electrician, although he is not familiar with robotics and mechanics he will help me with wiring.

Well I would suggest that you familiarize yourself with smaller RC cars first.

If your goal is to make a petrol-based system work with radio control, you’re in for a challenge.
However, if you’re trying to convert the kart to be fully electric, it is going to be similar to an RC car.
You will essentially need the same equipment as in this guide, but bigger (maybe modify the steering to work with a linear actuator):
