Quick connector + - wire

Hello
Which of the wires to the quick connector from the lx wall power supply is + and -

One wire is all black and the other is black with white stripes

I googled and seems like the wire that is black with a white stripe is the (+) positive and the negative(-) is all black.

Can someone confirm this.

The Lynxmotion wall pack has the center post as POSITIVE and the outer shell is NEGETIVE.

Wires with a white stripe is positive. Think of it as “positively striped”
