Question about servos in store

Do any of the servos in the Lynxmotion store compare with a Vex servo?

The specs we found for the vex servo state the torque to be 104 ounce-inch. If it’s accurate, which I have trouble believing, then the 645 would be an improvement at 133 ounce-inch. I think the 475 would be a more realistic comparison at 76 ounce-inch.

if operating at the same voltage and with the same current draw then make sure you look at rotational speed too… someone can make a servo that’ll do 300oz-in but it’ll take a half second to do 90 degrees too due to the gear ratio.

I feel the hi-tec line of servos are great servos. They work well with all the ses brackets.

I noticed that the rotate speed was strangely absent from the spec page
