It is to inform you that we are working on the robotics project, i have been using 25 and 212 saber tooth micro-controllers, we used limit switches in robotic arm and we have burnt a number of controllers in the robotic arm but the issue is not solved. we need your response on urgent basis. your guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Reza,
Can you post clear pictures of your wiring/setup ?
You are probably controlling DC Motors that draw more current than your Sabertooths can provide. Or your power supply is not enough (can’t supply enough current) to properly power the motors.

Do you have pictures of your setup ? Also how much current your motors consume under load ?
Was the motor stalled when controlled by the Sabertooth ? What is the power supply you are using ?
