I am currently developing a quadruped robot for educational purposes, designed with a maximum weight of 30 kg, plus an additional 10 kg payload, including the weight of the actuators.
We are seeking customized BLDC actuators equipped with built-in absolute encoders and integrated motor drivers that are compatible with firmware suitable for integration with microcontrollers ( such as Arduino and Teensy etc )
We would like to inquire whether your company can manufacture motors based on our specific requirements. If so, could you kindly provide an estimate for a single motor? Additionally, we would appreciate confirmation that comprehensive documentation and technical support will be provided to assist with the integration process.
The desired specifications for a single motor are as follows:
Weight: 1500g - 1800g
Rated Torque: 140-150 Nm
Speed: 120 RPM
Outer Diameter: 100-150 mm (smaller options are acceptable as well)
