Quadrino Nano telemetry with radiolink ATS9 and prm-03

I tried connect the pen-03 to Quadrino Nano in UART port but the Quadrino shutdowns when connected
I’m use R9DS to send a signal to AT9S.
Anyone have a idea?

Can you verify the product and confirm which product code it is? Cannot find the RB-Pen-03 in RobotShop’s catalog.
