Quadrino Nano Power Issue

Hi,

My friends and I were working on our drone, but we are failing to power our Lynxmotion Quadrino Nano. Our power distribution board is a Lynxmotion MES Power Distribution Board. We are using the wiring harness from Lynxmotion to connect our Power Distrbution Board to the Quadrino Nano. Whenever we plug our battery (6S 22.2V 50C Discharge), it simply doesn’t seem that Quadrino Nano is powered. When we plug the Quadrino Nano via USB into a computer, it turns on fine. Previously to the isolation of only the battery, power distribution board, and the Quadrino Nano, we had 8 ESCs hooked up. During this test, it briefly played the start up sound, but then it proceeded to do nothing else. We would like help regarding the fact that we can’t power our flight controller at the moment.

I see the issue.
The power distribution board do not provide power to the Quadrino as there are no regulator on board.

You have two options:

  1. If your ESC’s have internal BEC regulators you can set the “JB” jumper and it will carry voltage from the ESC #2 to the Quadrino. (wiki jumpers)
  2. You can add a 5v regulator to the board. (5v external regulator)
