Quadrino Nano - GPS fix lost mission aborted. COPTER is ADRIFT!

Hi there,

So, I have got a Quadrino Nano with GPS inside it & I am using it in my QUADX drone. I have completed all the steps of calibration, arming, flashing using FCT & now where I am stuck is WINGUI due to an error “GPS fix lost mission aborted. COPTER is ADRIFT!!” in the Mission option. I tried to search the web but couldn’t find the solution.

I even tried it inside & outside the house, in case I might not get the signals inside. But, that too didn’t work. So here I am asking for suggestions to resolve the problem.

Also one more thing, why do my drone gets disarmed on its own after few hours.

So, what happened is today morning I armed it using the RC(since, ARMing using WINGUI changed nothing - maybe I did it incorrectly) & after that all the motors were working fine.

Then an hour later, I tried to power the motors & nothing happened. Again I did ESC calibration & the motors started working (since, they got ARMed after ESC Calibration) properly.

And now after few more hours I thought that my Copter is armed & GPS isn’t working so I would check for some solutions in WINGUI & when I connected Quadrino Nano to WINGUI using USB then again it says Copter is Disarmed. Navigation disabled.

Also, I tried arming it again with RC sticks & in WINGUI RC control settings both, but no good results. And I don’t think again I have to calibrate my ESC’s & then make the motors work. SO, where am I making mistake?

Hi Jainesh,

First you have your “arming” to both the AUX1 and the AUX4 in your screenshot.
It’s also not a good idea to have your copter arming to the same switch you will set your flight mode.

The Angle and Horizon should not be set at the same time and the GPS modes should not either.
