QQ2 UV light not working

Hi Folks,
I have a QQ2 and the UV light is not working, I have replaced the bulb but still not working. Any suggestions?
Anybody know the voltage that the lights require?

We do not have access to replacement parts for the Metapo product line, which is why RobotShop does not repair them. We will contact Metapo to try to obtain specifications on the UV bulb and get back to you.

Here is the datasheet for the UV light. It operates at 9VDC, according to this.
