I don’t recommend using the relais for PWM. There is no elegant or easy way to reduce motor current, torque or RPM ‘behind’ the relais. A variable power supply would work.
A dual H-bridge instead of the relais would be much easier to handle, but finding a suitable one depends on the motor-size.
Do you have any motor-data?
