After spending a lot of time trying unsuccessfully to get our Orbit drone working, the IT department at my university has determined that the dongle is defective. A red light comes on when it is charging, but the blue light never came on indicating that it was receiving input from the EEG headset. The only time we have seen it show a blue light was when an alternate audio source (a video) was played while it was plugged in. It does not appear to be receiving any input from the EEG headset, although the computer/software is receiving data from the EEG headset. We need to use this drone at a conference on Friday, 9/21 as we have an entire demonstration built around it.
