As the Velleman water pump (non submersible) doesn’t pump air. After connecting tubes to it what’s the best way to fill the tubes with water in order for the pump to work?
I have a self priming water pump too which will pump air and water but its too noisy. I’m trying to build a simple water dispenser.
I only found a submersible pump from Velleman in the shop?
If it’s the same type (no diaphragm or peristaltic pump), you can simply put the inlet tube into water and suck on the outlet tube.
Hey, thank you for your reply. Yes that looks like the only option, if potentially a little messy. I’m going to try a 12v air pump.
