because it need +Vcc, GND and produce analogic voltage output

1 analogic pin for every axis

Very clean design. And so small! you should put some rubber or similar on its feet to give it more grip.

The cheapest way to get your hands on an accelerometer is to buy a knock of Wii-nunchuck

here’s an example from ebay

They have one in each piece, and you get some other nice components as well.

I know it’s counter intuitive to buy a new piece of kit to scavenge. But when they sell a no-brand controller for the Nintendo Wii with an accelerometer cheaper than just the accelerometer, it’s really not such a difficult decision. IMHO of course
