PROJECT BIPEADAL/Biped in a box

The biped in a box is just a demo of what i will be doing in the next few years. it uses a technology i like to call fliprunning. Fliprunning involves a robot doing many flips per second. like say,a soccer ball. but its autonomous. with legs. the motor is attached to a flap which when the robot backflips, the robot s weight lifts the flap up lifting the motor up lifting the robot up. the robot repeats this rolling process about 4 times per second.

This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://community.robotshop.com/robots/show/project-bipeadal-biped-in-a-box

It would be nice to have a video of the robot.

Also, could you list the part you have used?
It would be great to have a step-by-step guide with pictures because it isn’t clear how to build this robot.

Also, do you plan on adding more functions such as some sensors? Speed sensor, distance sensor?
