Our circuit snaps arcade has a programmable fan with display. Out of the box we are able to hook it up, but it does not show the LED lights. Any ideas?

Please try swapping the batteries with new ones and follow the project number 15 from this guide:
So the fan will display the initial set of messages (these are subject to change):
If it still does not work, let us know.
