Hi I have not done much programing in the past and was wondering if the SSC-32 Sequencer program is good for beginners. 
I think so. Regardless of what language you program in, a few simple commands sent to your serial port can operate servos attached to the SSC32 with ease.
I have it and I would not do without it. You can create all kinds of moves and create a library of sequences that can be called in a program. It makes things a lot easier in my opinion.
