Procedure for Defective Roomba and Scooba Batteries

If you have bought your Roomba or Scooba at RobotShop and it is still under warranty and you are having problems with your APS Battery, please follow the following procedure:

  1. RobotShop does not exchange APS Batteries under the manufacturers warranty, therefore you must call the iRobot Technical Support at the following number: 1-877-855-8593. They will help you with the exchange of your battery under warranty.

  2. When you call the iRobot Technical Support be sure to have your Roomba or your Scooba, as well as any accessories at hand, considering that they will verify with you that your robot does have a battery problem.

  3. If your domestic robot is still under warranty, iRobot will send you a new battery.
