Hi,
I am new to this forum and robotics in general. I received a RoboBrothers RoboPhilo Humanoid Robot Kit already preassembled. I have updated the factory settings for the robot. My difficulty is when I try to put another motion from the motion library on it. I am following the directions on page 64 of the manual. When I get to the step"g" on the programming list where I need to save then exit the file. It goes to the ‘save as’ folder and will not let me save it.
My question is do I need to rename the file so it will save? Or am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

It seems like you might be trying to save the file in a read-only directory: can you try saving the file somewhere else, such as in your “My Documents” folder?
As for your question about the configuration page, unfortunately your question goes beyond the first level support that RobotShop is able to provide. We recommend you to contact the manufacturer’s technical support directly: [email protected]

There isn’t an error code shown. I have followed the directions on page 64 of the manual. And as I stated before, when I get to line “g” it tells me to “save” and the “save as” box pops up. If I try to rename the file, then it tells me it cannot be saved in this location. Now the robot won’t connect to the configuration page. I am totally at a loss of what to do. any help would be appreciated.
