Problems with Karcher RC3000 robot cleaner

Hellow, i am new here, my english is not so good. I’m from Belgium (Europe)

I have several robots from Karcher, model RC3000 (several at houses of my family’s) But this is the 4 robot that stops working with all the same problems: when i turn it on, it moves backwards en then stops en blinks red, thats al they do. This problem i have with 4 off the robots, it seems very strange that they all have the same problem after a few years of service.
Does anyone seems to know about this problem?

How old is your robot and have you ever replaced battery?

Is red light blinking slowly (on: 1 sec; off: 4 sec) or quickly (on: 0.5 sec; off: 0.5 sec) ?

Have you tried contacting your re-seller regarding repair or warranty?

Yes the battery’s are 1 year old. The red blinks continuously slow. Yes i have bin to the Karcher store, but there they say that it needs to be restored at the karcher shop, but 4 robots with same problem gonna be very expensive and these are old robots indeed! I want to see if i can fix it myself.

Hi,

Let’s first have a look at troubleshooting:

If all of these are OK, then probably some of the sensors should be replaced.

Thank you for the reply.
Brush motor and the 2 traction motors are fine, also the vacuum motor is Ok. When i turn the robot on, he starts run backwards and then stops and starts again backwards en stops again and begin flashing red. everything is clean.
Does anyone have the measuring info for all the sensors: There are 4 sensors underneath for obstacle and 2 sensor inside for the dirt but also 2 shock sensors on the main board and the infrared sensors (but i suppose these are just for the station) The voltage is correct off the 2x 6volt battery’s.
