Problems with CatGenie 120

Hello,
Sorry for my English,
Since I installed the super cleaning cartridge in my CatGenie 120, the machine makes strange noises and it never ends its cleaning cycle.

There is still water in the litter box I am always forced to disassemble the entire machine in order to drain the water. However , the cycle does not complete.

I handed the normal cleaning cartridge, but the CatGenie 120 never do full cleaning cycle.

I would like to know what to do, because I’m afraid of damaging the machine.

Assurez-vous d’utiliser la cartouche de maintenance seulement pour nettoyer votre CatGenie. Utilisez la cartouche de SaniSolution pour le nettoyage quotidient de l’appareil.

Laissez-nous savoir si vous avez toujours des problèmes.
