Problem with pin headers in Eagle

I'm a complete beginner to eagle. I want to make my first µCU. This was my initial plan- infinty cube. The cube is going to be running on an ATMega 328PU running on internal clock @8MHz (just so that I can avoid the crystals/resonators/oscillators). Also, it'll be programmable using serial interface (I need to work that out yet) and it'll be powered by 12 1.2V Rechargeable batteries (and a 5V vreg to keep the volts in control).

The problem is that I'm not able to find the right components in eagle. I need components which will correspond to the place where I'll be able to solder the base of my male header pins. The male headers will be connected to the i/o pins of the µCU just like female headers are connected on the Arduino. I also need to find the right components for a serial header (I want to use this cable but don't know how) and the batteries.

I have Adafruits Library already installed by the way. I'm running Eagle 6.2.0 on Win7 (if that's helpful in anyway).

I just opened Eagle

Okie dokie, I just opened eagle and did some searching. “headers” was the term that brought them up.

Install the sparkfun Eangle

Install the sparkfun Eangle library, it has most components in an easy to understand description, and you can search the part reference on sparkfun to see real pictures of the components just to double check

Con-Headers-JP

Look for a library called Con-Headers-JP. I’m using eagle 5.10 I imagine this library is in your version as well.

Then scroll through list and for say a single row male 3 pin header you’ll see -  M-1X03
Single row 8 pin would be- M-1X08

M for male
1X for single row
03 for 3 pins
