Problem with my Robomow

Hi,

I have a problem with my Robomow. The model is RM510.

I have never been able to make it work. I have done all the “first” steps…but I am block at the step of the location of the base.

The problem is at page 24. The Robomow is able to fellow the cable. It goes to the base station…but everytime it will tell me to “Reposition Base Press GO”

I have done at leat 20 times a reposition of the base…And it still ask me to do it. Normally, after that step, it should ask me to “Peg base then press GO”.

But I am block at “Reposition Base Press GO”.

I am in Canada.

Hi,

The problem is that the Robomow don’t see/recognize the base station.

How can we know if the problem is from the base station or from the robot?
