We are having our Litter Robot since 2018 and since about a year, when we are doing a cycle, it stop and the light flashes as if the bag was full but it’s not. We washed the litter many times but it is still doing the same thing. Can you let me know what we are not doing right.

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
