Hola ya no sé qué hacer no detecta el peso de los gatos no sé qué ha pasado y cuando hago presión se pone en rojo tengo que hacer yo el reste cada davez y con 4 gatos pues es un royo que puedo hacerl

Indíquenos su número de pedido o una copia de la factura.
Hemos notado que tiene 4 gatos, se recomienda usar un robot por cada 2 gatos para evitar el uso excesivo y los problemas.
En cuanto al problema de que no se detectan los gatos, ¿ha movido el robot recientemente?
Asegúrese de que no haya nada que toque el robot desde ningún lado y que el piso debajo de él sea firme y uniforme.
Luego presione el botón “Reset” y pruebe el robot nuevamente.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
We have noticed that you are having 4 cats, it’s recommended to use one robot for each 2 cats to avoid over-use and issues.
As for the issue of the cats not being detected, have you moved the robot recently?
Please make sure that there’s nothing touching the robot from any side and the floor beneath it is firm and even.
Then press the “Reset” button and test the robot again.
