Problem with litter robot 4 motor

Hello everybody,

Last week, I received the litter robot 4. It is great and better than litter robot 3 connect but since this morning, the litter robot 4 don’t work correctly. My litter robot motor work so slowly and all led are correct. I so surprised by that so early. I’ve tried all solutions but nothing work.

Can you help me?

Since you have tried all solutions, I think troubleshooting guides and videos will be of no help anymore. Hope Mr. @Ebram will look into this matter.
