Problem with AL5A Robot Arm

Goodmorning!
First: this forum is fantastic! (I’m new)
This morning I wanted to get my AL5A.
So I began using it a bit ‘, but, as so often, when the robotic arm leans a bit’ … it detaches from the base.
There are some questions I wanted to do for some time there and now I can:

  1. Can be remedied in some way?
  2. I related well to the mounting rail to see if I had done something wrong, but nothing: the base is connected to the arm in this way so simple, even a screw?
I also have another little question … I would like to play checkers robotic arm against me.
Do you have any idea how to do and, above all, you can do on Ubuntu (Linux)?
I have the software RIOS, SSC-32, Arduino UNO, Windows Vista and Ubuntu.

I would be grateful if you could answer all these questions!
Thanks!
Andrew

“Step 9” : «Note, this top piece is manufactured to be a tight fit. You might have to press very hard.
Attach the top with the servo horn screw.»
I do not understand: I have to tighten a screw in '“gear” of the servo?

Yes, you have to use the servo horn screw to attach the base top to its servo (hence its bottom)

In order to install the servo into the base you must remove the white servo horn. This requires you to remove a screw. That is the screw you use to attach the base top to the base bottom.

Aaah ok I understand now!!!
Thanks to djsfantasi and to Robot Dude, Thanks!!
