Problem to read the analog output signal

Hi,
I use the strain gauge / instrument amplifier shield (RB-onl-38) for the parallel bean load cell (TAL220). The connection is straightforward. But, instead of using Aduino, I use a NI data acquisition device to collect the analog output signal. I connect the PIN 0 from amplifier shield and power negative to one of the differential analog input channels in NI device.

I cannot read any signals.

Please advise.

Hi,

How do you power the RB-Onl-38 Shield ?
Please note that the two Load Cell connectors on the shield use the 3.3V power input pin.
Therefore, you will need to connect 3.3V power supply to the 3.3V pin (excitation voltage for the load cells) and 5V power supply to the 5V pin (to power the green led on the shield)
