Hello I just received my litter robot 3 and I am trying to connect it on the app. I followed the instructions, I held for 3 seconds the empty and cycle buttons then the power light became blue but almost instantly became red. I contacted the litter robot support, they told me there is certainly a problem with circuit board.
Can you help me with that please?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
We also need you to unplug the robot for a few hours then plug it back in and try to connect the robot to the app again.

My order number is 1286336. Ok I’ll do as you say and try again later then. I’ll come back to you after I tried again. But what if it still does not work after that, will you send me another circuit board for me to replace it?

Yes, if the issue persists, the circuit board will need to be replaced so we would send you a new one under the warranty.

I unpluged my litter robot the all night and tried it again this morning. Still the same issue Then I think you might need to send me another circuit board. Or maybe is there something else I can try ?

In this case, the Wi-Fi module has gone defective and needs to be replaced so we will send you a new circuit board to fix the issue.

1- Shipping address.

3- Serial number located on the back of the robot.
