I’m having problems connecting the deck servo on my round hexapod.
I have the deck connected to channel 9 of the SCC32 (it’s channel 31 by default). This does not come in conflict with any other servo pins (since I changed those also).
The pod accepts serial command from the thee utility program that comes with power-pod but I cannot seem to make the deck servo operate as it should. Here is what the deck servo does.
- On power on the deck servo goes to position A (I assume that this is the neutral position). When the bot goes forward, the deck turns to position B (it turns 90 degrees to the right). The same thing happens when the bot goes backward. When the bot goes left or right then the servo remains to position A.
I’m using a BBII with BA28pro, SSC32. and IDE 8.0.1.11
I tried the servo by itslef and it turns fine in both directions
Any ideas as to why this is happening and the deck is not following the movement ?
