I need to talk with user Byrd but I cant use private messages on this forum. This i s crazy. What should I do? Anybody help me 
My guess is that soon you will be able to use Private Messages. As part of spam control you probably can not PM until you have had a few messages posted and a certain amount of time has elapsed.

New users are unable to send private messages until they have made two posts as an anti-spam measure. Luckily this question is your second post, so you should be good to go now.
