Hello, I am trying to use a primesense 3D scanner I purchased from you. I have downloaded the Gotcha Pro software, but when I try to scan or record frames the software quits. Any ideas?

Not too sure what could be done from our point as we do not have any advance details on this software. The best for such a case would be to contact the support center from the manufacturer directly. You can reach them here.
