Hello all;
I’m new to robotics and we bought hexapod AH3-R robotic package and it’s with bb2 and ssc32. Is there any program already written to run this robot and how to run that program?

Try downloading powerpod, lynxmotion.com/Product.aspx?productID=566&CategoryID=15
It allows you to generate a program for the hex, to either use a ps2 controller, connect with serial port, or a starting point to do autonomous programming. It was earlier done for the Atom, but recently has been updated for Atom Pros.

Just some parts of these tutorial are confusing because some old pics is mixing inside. Another problem is as I mention before, I’m new to robotics, totally new. I don’t know the electronics part although I knew all the basic kinematics. My labmate is new to both kinematics and electronics, like programming stuff… We would like to have a available robot platform move as we wish and just investigate other topics. Do you have any tutorial in controlling the robot’s movement totally for freshman? (it would be nice to avoid programming)

There is no programming required. Are you not even looking at the tutorials? I can not write a new tutorial in the forum for you. I can answer any question about the existing tutorials we already have. Please tell me in what tutorial and in what step you are having trouble and I will do my absolute best to help you. I do not know what else I ca do for you.
First, I need to clarify I don’t have any problem with tutorials. I’m using ssc32 and visual sequencer without problem till now. It’s my labmate having trouble and seeking help from me. I just post what she told me about her robot. So yes, I didn’t go through all these tutorials for the robot because this should not be my work. Maybe I should ask her open her own account and explain everything herself.

It’s for ABB. But I understand I should follow the other pic below (use pin 8 instead). This is just an example as I understand while I’m trying to help her. Others, I don’t know. She will explain by herself.
