You can find lots of options in the Brushed DC Motor Controllers section of the store but in order to choose one you need to take into account the nominal voltage of the motor, the continuous current and the control method, you can find more information about this here:
The 12V, 23RPM 4166.2oz-in HD Premium Planetary Gearmotor w/ Encoder has the following specs:
Voltage Range Recommended: 6V - 12V
No Load Current: 0.54A
Stall Current: 20A
As it doesn’t mention the continuos current you can estimate it at about 25% of the stall current, so 5A. This means that you need a motor controller that can work in the 6V - 12V range and provide at least 5A.
