Precision shafts like product RB-Sct-639 are finished to 10rms, which is common in bearing quality shafts. Is it correct to assume they are also undersized by 0.0005-0.0015" like bearing shafts for a free fit in a 0.5" hole?

The manufacturer only suggests that the diameter is 0.500 inches.
However, their shafts are made to fit through bearings.
