Powering Dagu mini-driver and micro-magician with one battery

Could I power both off of one rechargable battery such as this? If not, what would you reccomend for me to get both good power and endurance? I am hoping to use just one rechargable battery, but if it is not possible im open to ideas.

Thanks for the warning.

Thanks for the warning. Decascrap was the first time I used servos, so I am still pretty inexperienced when it comes to them. I meant 9v connected to both of the boards, so 4.5 volts each. But sounds like thats still pushing it. Wiring should be okay, as I’m connecting the servo directly to the board. The headphone jacks will be a pain to get to work, but hopefully it will allow for the needed rotation.

Since I don’t want to kill my servos, would 4 rechargable AA batteries be okay (2 per board)?

And what would you reccomend besides using servos? My project is extremly hard to explain, I’ll have to post what I have done so far. But it is size limited, and the SG90’s seem to be just right for now.

I think my problem is that I’m too used to overpowering my DC motors (as I usually only do short runs). I guess servos are not as forgiving…
