So I started doing a search of toys, mainly rc, to use as a base platform for a random project. I wanted it to also includ some features that would be useful or have at least some potential, and I came across this little gem.

An Rc car, with a video camera and receiver display. Mind you the range and all might suck, but it does have potential for at least shortrange use.
For 42 bux, I figure it's worth grabbing one and at least seeing if it's worth it or not. I'm looking to order one of these this week maybe start taking it apart and modifiying it to be a sentry unit or something. Also, found this link while doing a quick search on someone who has done some tweaking on the display side.

Anyway, has anyone else come across such gems that they were looking to get or thought would be useful.....post it and what people have found.
I know people have used tanks and such...this would also be a great place to post your opinoin of the construction quality and if it was worth the $XX dollars that you spent.
