The servos on my arms do not work correctly esp. when trying to use all at once. A fellow teacher and I trouble shot this issue for several hours. After following posts, we determined that is was the type of plug and the voltage associated with it that was the problem. He has already made contact with the company and told me that I needed to contact you to get new plugs sent to my school. (I am in California)

If the robot was purchased from RobotShop, can you send an e-mail to [email protected] with either the order number or invoice number, as well as the product in question, as well as the power supply used? If the voltage used was beyond what the arm was intended to take, and the motors burnt, that would likely not be covered by warranty.
