Pleo Dinosaurs

I ordered 4 of your Pleo dinosaurs from Amazon. When we received these items, 2 of them had battery packs that did not work. I contacted the seller via amazon asking for replacement battery packs or to exchange the entire dino and battery for a full replacement. The response I got back was instructions on just returning the items. I wrote back explaining I do not want to return for a refund, but that I wanted new battery packs or to exchange them. I have not received a response. Please advise.
