instead of only said 500/600 series!

We suggest you take a look at the additional information for both filters:
Blue one: Compatible only with AeroVac Bins and included with Robot SKUs 53601 and 55101
Yellow one: Replacement filter for use with iRobot Roomba 500 Series only.
This filter are not compatible with robots with serial numbers starting with 53601 and 55101 and other aerovac models.
