Please Help SSC-32 don't work

I just get SSC-32 today. I apply jumper on VL=VS1 and connect 6V battery (2300 mA) to VL connector then servo rotate like crazy so I quickly disconnect battery. remove jumper VL=VS1 (and VS1, VS2 not connect to battery) connect 6V battery back I saw LED light up but then I connect with LynxTerm LED will off. I chage battery to 9V (320 mA) LED light up again but when try to connect with LynxTerm LED will off again. Now I run LynxTerm before power SSC-32. LynxTerm was OK? (not thing on screen) LED on SSC-32 is on but when I press all=1500 LED go off again.

What wrong with SSC-32 or I just destroy it with 6V battery + VL=VS1 ?

That is normal. When the ssc-32 receives a command, the LED flickers and then stays off.

  1. Remove VL=VS1 jumper.
  2. connect 6v battery to VS1.
  3. connect 9v battery to VL

thank a lot zoomkat. One more question, Is it possible to supply 20 servo + SSC-32 + BBII with single 6V 2300 mA or it need to use 9V for SSC + BBII and 6V for servo ?

But note the better way is to power up the SSC-32 and BB2 separatly from two power sources to increase the working time.
