Unfortunately detailing how to connect parts and write custom code is beyond the support we provide.
Check the user guide for the motor controller and Bluetooth module to see if they specify how to make the connections to an Arduino microcontroller.
The L298 should connect to five pins: two digital for direction, two PWM for speed, and GND. It will also need to connect to V+ and GND from a battery.
The Blueooth module should connect to four pins: D0, D1, 5V and GND on the Arduino, and would use serial communication.
