Hello I am wanting to build remote controlled automated variable speed 360 rotating device that I can attach photography equipment to overhead/upside down. No more than 15lb weight will be suspended from drive. Articulating selfie stick and cell or tablet at most. Can you help me with basic parts/equipment list and how to install. I can figure out how to attach the unit to support once built. TIA

You could use a 360 servo motor, a pan/tilt assembly and a remote control.
