You are not going to get a single answer with an question like that!

What are you trying to do? What RX/TX units have you looked at already? What are you trying to transmit? etc. etc. etc.

Please add a LOT more detail to your question and ask again.

What exactly do you need with a circut for RX/TX? Not to mention how are you going to use the thing without a Microcontoller? You dont get very many circuts like that that arnt complex.  Alot more info on this… and thisalso happens alot.

Sparkfun RF modules. Datasheets show how to use this. This is not duplex however only one way communication. For duplex you can use two sets of these at different frequencies.

Maybe he just wants one that

Maybe he just wants one that sees HI or LOW. These are often used as cheap ways to trigger a transistor to get something o happen. (Ie you press a button some light goes on and a siren starts beeping).
